About Xin Rui Da Fasteners
30 years focused on bolts and nuts — factory direct, quality you can audit.
Company Profile
Xin Rui Da Fasteners was founded in 1996 in Longtan Town, Huoqiu County, Lu'an, Anhui Province, China. With more than 120 employees, we run four core lines (cold heading, thread rolling, mesh-belt heat treatment and surface finishing) at a monthly output of about 2,000 tonnes.
We started exporting in 2013 and now ship to more than 40 countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and beyond, supplying ODM/OEM programmes to industrial distributors, equipment builders and DIY chains. Our range covers hex bolts DIN931/933, socket head cap screws DIN912, stud bolts DIN975/ASTM A193 B7, hex nuts DIN934, flange nuts DIN6923 and nylon insert lock nuts DIN985, in carbon steel 4.8/8.8/10.9/12.9 and stainless A2-70 (304) / A4-80 (316) — used in steel structures, wind energy, petrochemical plants, automotive, marine and general machinery.
Non-standard parts are built from your drawing or sample, with 7-day samples and 15–25 day production runs from as little as 500 pieces, and free samples for verification. Every lot ships with a mill certificate and inspection report, and SGS / BV / TÜV witness inspections and factory audits are welcome. Xin Rui Da Fasteners was built on reliability and delivery, and we look forward to long-term cooperation with customers worldwide.
View Factory Capability
Quality & Manufacturing
Class system
Carbon steel class or stainless grade chosen from static load, fatigue and corrosion exposure.
Production system
Own lines for heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, finishing and packing.
Inspection system
Dimensions, thread gauging, hardness, tensile and salt-spray checked before shipment.
OEM collaboration
Drawings, samples, standard cross-references, long-term supply and container programmes.
Incoming Material Control
Every wire coil is spectro-checked for composition with hardness and structure sampling; certificates traceable by heat number.
Heading & Thread Accuracy
One-pass multi-station heading and rolled threads with continuous grain flow; dimensions and pitch diameter held to 6g / 6H.
Class & Load Verification
Tensile, proof load, hardness and wedge tension tested per lot; class 12.9 baked after plating with records kept.
Company Milestones
Xin Rui Da Fasteners founded in Longtan Town, Huoqiu County, Lu'an, Anhui — starting from a cold heading shop focused on hex bolts and socket screws.
Export team formed; first shipments to Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with export packing and document workflow in place.
ISO 9001 quality management system certified; three-stage inspection introduced for incoming, in-process and finished goods.
Multi-station heading presses and a mesh-belt quench and temper line added, bringing class 10.9 / 12.9 fully in house.
In-house materials laboratory commissioned - tensile, hardness, metallography and neutral salt-spray testing, with a report for every lot.
Thread rolling cells plus go/no-go and three-wire measuring brought thread tolerance to a stable 6g / 6H.
Dacromet and hot-dip galvanising lines added alongside A2-70 / A4-80 stainless production; marine and food machinery supply chains opened.
Monthly output reached 2,000 tonnes, shipping to 40+ countries across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia on full-container programmes.
A non-standard and joint-engineering team now pairs class, coating and tightening advice with drawing-based production.
FAQ
Common questions about products, customisation and cooperation.
1. Company Information
Bolts and nuts only: hex bolts DIN931 / 933, socket head cap screws DIN912, stud bolts DIN975 / ASTM A193 B7, hex nuts DIN934, flange nuts DIN6923 and nylon insert lock nuts DIN985, plus non-standard parts built to drawing.
Founded in 1996 with more than 120 employees. Four core lines - cold heading, thread rolling, mesh-belt heat treatment and surface finishing - give about 2,000 tonnes a month under an ISO 9001 system.
Our plant is in Longtan Town, Huoqiu County, Lu'an, Anhui Province, China. Factory visits are welcome.
A manufacturer. Wire drawing, heading, rolling, heat treatment and finishing all happen in our own works, so price and lead time come straight off the line with no intermediary margin.
2. Classes & Quality
Carbon steel 4.8 / 8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9, stainless A2-70 (304) and A4-80 (316), and alloy steel ASTM A193 B7 / B16 kept in stock, controlled to GB/T 3098, ISO 898 and ISO 3506.
Zinc plated (blue-white or iridescent), hot-dip galvanised at 55 microns or more, Dacromet zinc flake, black oxide and passivated plain stainless. Above class 10.9 we bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours after plating to prevent delayed fracture.
A first-article dimensional check releases each batch; hardness, tensile and proof load are re-checked per lot, threads gauged to 6g / 6H, salt spray logged to red rust, and every shipment carries an EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate and test report.
3. Customisation & Quotation
Yes - custom head shapes, non-standard lengths, fine and left-hand threads, shoulders and drilled shanks, from drawing or sample. Samples in 7 days, production in 15-25 days.
500 pieces for standard items; non-standard runs are calculated per size and tooling, typically 1,000-5,000 pieces. Stock sizes can be mixed within one container.
FOB pricing within 48 hours of receiving the drawing or specification. Stock sizes ship in 3-7 days; heat-treated or coated batches in 15-25 days, with rush orders scheduled ahead on request.
Send the load, media, temperature and size and our engineers specify class, finish and a reference torque based on a friction coefficient of 0.14, with torque-factor data and an installation torque sheet where the joint needs it.
4. Cooperation & After-Sales
Factory-direct supply, distributor and DIY-chain private labelling, project packages, export container orders and OEM / ODM programmes.
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai or CIF to your discharge port, full-container mixing, pallets or wooden cases with desiccant and VCI, plus your labelling and sorted tray options.
Retained samples and heat numbers are re-tested against the batch report. Manufacturing-caused defects are replaced under our after-sales policy, with a failure analysis and the corrective action that stops the issue recurring.
Standard sizes can be sampled free of charge, with freight only. Non-standard parts are approved from a first article before volume. SGS / BV / TUV witness inspections and scheduled factory audits are welcome.
5. Our Advantage
Heading, thread rolling, heat treatment and finishing all sit in one plant, so class and coating are controlled under one roof. That means consistent batches, realistic lead times, fast non-standard development, and bolts, nuts and washers off a single purchase order.
