1. Information we collect
We only collect information you submit voluntarily, and nothing beyond what the business relationship requires.
- Inquiry forms: name, email, company, country or region, phone or messaging account, and the standard, size, quantity and technical requirements you provide.
- Attachments: drawings, mill certificates or test reports you choose to upload.
- Analytics: aggregated page views, referral source, device type and browser version — not used to identify individuals.
2. How we use it
- To answer inquiries, issue quotations and confirm lead times and logistics.
- To send samples, prepare documents and handle after-sales matters.
- To measure site traffic and improve product pages and selection guidance.
- To send product or pricing updates, only where you have opted in.
3. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your language preference and admin session. If analytics tools are enabled (for example Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity), they set their own cookies and report aggregated data only.
You may block or clear cookies in your browser. The site remains usable, but your language preference will not be remembered.
4. Third-party processors
We rely on the following processors to run the site and email, and they access data only as needed:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and content delivery.
- Turso — cloud database storage for inquiry records.
- Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail — sending and receiving inquiry notifications and business email.
Apart from these processors and where required by law, we do not sell, rent or trade your information to any third party.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for order traceability and after-sales; records beyond that period are purged periodically.
We protect data with HTTPS in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions. No transmission over the internet is absolutely secure — please do not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to your inquiry.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Access and correction: tell us the email address you used and, after verification, we will provide a copy of the record.
- Deletion: after verifying your identity we will delete the records, except where retention is legally required.
- Opt-out: reply 'unsubscribe' to any business email and we will stop sending notifications.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
